This booklet will be a great addition to our parenting stash. It was very convicting and can be referenced quickly to keep our hearts in check as we raise our blessings to love and honor God.
I have used this in paper back form for many years. I read the list with a pencil, one time for each of my boys. Then I make note of shortfalls and success. I pray for His Spirit to add growth to the areas that I need help with. I have found, that many of the shortfalls I see in the boys, have been a result of lack of consistency in my part as a parent. I urge you to download this great piece - and prayerfully read through the lists and Scriptures. How timely a work for the New Year. If you find yourself mumbling and complaining about your kiddos, or desiring growth as a parent - these verses and questions will help. Faith comes through Hearing. Hearing through the Word of God. Have you lost your faith as an able parent? He wants to help.
Wow, if I can just get myself to go through this checklist weekly I believe it will be an invaluable tool in evaluating my parenting. Very thought-provoking checklist.
